- Change of bed linen: All beds are delivered with fresh, clean linen. This includes sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and blankets.
- Spotlessly clean bathrooms, includes cleaning the toilet, sink, mirror, bathtub or shower, and floors. Also, refill paper hand towels.
- Completely clean and disinfected kitchen, includes cleaning the countertop, appliances, sink, stove, oven and microwave. Used kitchen utensils and dishes are also replaced with clean ones.
- Cleaning windows and mirrors: All windows and mirrors clean and stain-free.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors, including hardwood or ceramic floors.
- Cleaning of outdoor areas: If the property has outdoor areas, such as terraces, patios or balconies, this includes removing leaves, cleaning outdoor furniture and the barbecue, if any.
- Replenishing supplies: We make sure the house is stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
- Damage or breakage inspection: We inspect to identify any damage or breakage to the property and communicate it to the owner for repair or replacement.
- Attention to detail: This includes cleaning light switches, door handles, television remote controls, and any other frequently used objects.
